Any Chance For Charging When Off w/ CM4D2-GB?

Is it likely that the "cannot charge when off" issue with CM4D2-GB will ever be fixed, or is this something we'll probably always have to live with? That seems like a pretty major thing to me.

They don't see it as a bug, it's something that's built into CM7

...not a bug? If my battery goes dead I'm screwed? That sounds like a strange "feature." Not everyone has an extra Droid sitting around running stock just so they can charge a dead battery. I may mention it in the dev thread, but it doesn't sound like responses will be favorable.

No, if your battery goes dead, you plug it in and it boots into the OS. (I know cuz I've done it before)
