any app or widget that can control all sounds independently?

for example, I would like to use the phone at night in the dock, but allow for the phone to ring (emergency calls etc), but not hear the email notifications etc sounds.

I would hate to have to always manually have to change the email setting to silent every night.

This is for Gmail accounts.
