Android Sync Manager and Double Twist

Does anyone know if I can use the Android Sync Mgr to download music wirelessly from Double Twist. Instead of having to purchase the DT Air Sync app? If not, I'm going to buy the Air Sync app. But. just thought I would ask the question. Thanx...dancedroid
