Android OS Using Most of Battery (GB)

On my GB Maxx, when checking battery usage, I see the Android OS using the highest percentage of OS (sometimes as high at 60+%), even more then the Display. What tool(s) can I use to show, specifically, which portion of the OS is using that battery?

Upgrade to ICS, Android OS is much more efficient and the screen is the big consumer now.

Sorry, I should have mentioned that ICS is not an option for me. I thought I read someone talking about using Watchdog Lite to see what part of the OS is using the battery, but I can't find any specifics. Maybe I'm confusing that with something else.
