Always On Mobile in 2.2

Just out of curiosity, I can't find this setting. I have BB.4 and my friend has Froyo (not sure which one he's running, but I can't find it in his either).

Does anybody know where to find this? Its not under Mobile Networks where it would normally be.

Nevermind. Mi8ght be Background Data in the Accounts

edit - guess not, that just disables syncing and whatnot.
