All txt messages gone AGAIN.

Well..it happened again. 4th time since Froyo update that all my txt messages are gone....even the locked ones. I called Verizon and HTC and it's a known issue with the Froyo software for the Incredible. Verizon said since it's a software issue there's not much they can do and HTC said they're working on solving the problem. I'm asking anyone with this issue please call HTC tech support (1-866-449-8358). Hopefully the more calls they get the more priority they'll place on solving this problem...thnx.
