All my programs aren't in "All Programs" Help!

So I installed a couple apps yesterday, and I realized that at least a couple programs that were originally on my "All Programs" list are gone now. "Places" and "Navigation" aren't listed anymore. If I do a quick search, they come up, and I can select them, and they work fine.

Why did this happen and how do I get them back on to my "All Programs" list/grid?

Have you power cycled your phone (off/On) to reset it?

Also, if you are using a home replacement like Launcher Pro, there is a setting to Hide apps in your app drawer. Make sure it isn't selected to hide those apps.
