All calls going to Voicemail

We have a person with a Moto droid in our office and all of his calls go directly to voice mail.

With nothing showing on the screen an no ringing on the callers end. This started over the weekend and he has been numerous places so I don't think its a low signal or a tower issue.

I have seen the setting to have a particular contact go right to voice mail but is there a global setting.

He wants to flush the :icon_evil: thing so please help.

A couple of easy things to try. First of all, make sure the phone isn't set in airplane mode. Try *73 to make sure there's not an automatic call forwarding accidentally set. Third, leave the phone on and then pull the battery. Replace it and turn the Droid back on. If you're still having issues, check the signal strength at the office, if it still is an issue after these troubleshooting steps, then you will need to call 800-922-0204 or take it to a corporate VZW strore for further troubleshooting.
