Hi, I like to use the Aldiko e-book reader to read books on the Droid X but I have noticed that it drains the battery very fast. I have lowered the display brightness, use "night time update" feature and turned off everything, wifi, blue tooth, etc. The drain is abnormal compared to active internet surfing. I put the book files in the directory indicated by Aldiko so it can find them, I think they are on the SD card and perhaps every time I reach a new chapter, the DX accesses the SD card and uses more power? How do I move the books and get Aldiko to read from the internal memory and would this help?
