Album Artwork?

Hi all, sorry if this has been posted before but a search didnt turn anything up. Does anyone know how to get the music player that comes with the droid to find and connect or attach it to an album? I think im missing something here.

Thanks

thanks ldimick, looks good, but im on a mac so that wont work. also, im really just looking for a way to get the cover art into the "stock" music player that comes on droid. There must be a way for it to find the artwork...right?

Agreed. This is a nag for me. Even my dumb BB did that natively. Still the music player works. I just think it should be with the songs that are and in numerical sequence not alphabetical.

MediaMonkey does a great job of getting album art from Amazon. It also does a great job of embedding the album art into the files, which is, I believe, what the droid requires in order to get it to display. You either have to do that, or place a jpg in the folder that the album is in. I don't recall which it is, exactly.

While it's not native, I've found Album Art Grabber to be pretty useful for grabbing all my missing album art. It just gives you a list of all your albums with an icon next to them (or a default image you haven't assigned anything to it yet, similar interface as the native music app). Just click on an album that you're missing the artwork for and it will go online and find matches for you.
