i have it turned on, but cannot seem to get it to work when moving hand over sensor???

Press on Air View (left side) and make sure all the possibilities are turned on.

They work with only some of the apps. What exactly are you trying to do and in which app?

Make sure you're using Samsung's preinstalled apps; browser, email, messaging, gallery, etc.

They won't work on 3rd party apps such as Chrome, GoSMS, etc.
