I've heard good things about the Blue Ant. My wife had a Motorola in her Honda Fit and there was way to much background noise.

I've had a Jabra Cruiser for over a year and it works great. Always connects automatically, voice commands, streams music via fm transmitter that has the best quality I've ever gotten via fm trans.
