after update i still get the bsod

i got it yesterday as well and last night i got a reboot when i unplugged it from my charger hope it was just a random thing

On page 53 of the Bionic Manual:

Crash recovery
In the unlikely event that your smartphone stops
responding to touches and key presses, try a quick
reset. Remove the back cover and battery (“Assemble &
charge” on page 3), then replace and switch your
smartphone on as usual.

Evidently this will happen throughout the life of the Bionic if they decided to put it in the manual. Perhaps as updates come (either to the OS or an app that's causing the problem) there'll be less, but it's expected.

And before you ask; on page 55 of the Razr manual it says to hold the Power and Volume Down for 10 seconds in case it happens.

Prior to the update I never had this problem.....now my phone freezes and gives me a black screen on a regular basis.
