During the past several weeks I had a significant number of Black Screen of Deaths (BSOD). This lead me to search for a common thread in the situation. I won't go into all that I did but the one thing I noticed is that the only times the BSOD happened was when I put the Bionic to sleep by touching the power button. Not every time I did it but only when I did so. In the past 4 days I have not had one BSOD because I have let the phone put itself to sleep.
