Recommended settings

Scroll Speed 750
Overshoot 40

Drawer Animation on
LWP support off (unless you are using a livewallpaper)

With those settings it should feel as fast as LP

Notes:
app drawer is 5 high even when selecting 6 unless you hide the notification bar to make all 6 rows fit on the screen

its the most customizable launcher out there yes LP is fast ADW is a little slower not much but noticable if your looking close enough

some of the features i like are the options to make the app drawer 6x6 in and 8x6 port/land

the hidden 6 app launcher and the FroYo like app drawer with 2 buttons plus the dots

pretty sure it is the finalized version of .7 he did comment on the rc3 part in twitter

not worth being able to have 6 shortcuts, if you have to slide your finger to see them. Might as well have them on a screen.

ADW is simply amazing. I went from Home++ to ADW and it was a night & day difference.
