adding pictures to music files

is there anyway to add a pic to a music file so that when it is played the pic appears next to the name of the song?

...and to do the opposite?

My s3 is now grabbing random pictures from my bluetooth folder and permanently attaching them to audio files! Anyone know how to stop that. It's making some truly awful choices.
