Access the phone clipboard from the laptop

Hello everybody,
After a few months installing Link to Windows and Connected Mobile, I had no more synchronization of the clipboard between my phone and my laptop.
After spending a quarter of an hour on it, the phone receives the copy of the clipboard from Windows again, but Windows does not receive any copy of the phone clipboard.
I imagine I have a box to check somewhere?

Another topic appears besides that. I typed in a search engine to access the phone clipboard, and everybody wants to explain me where it is.
Probably I missed something there.
What can be the interest of knowing where the clipboard is, provided you know the way to access it?

I regularly extract data from the clipboard in Windows in different languages. I imagine one day I had the address of the clipboard, but I can assure you that two weeks later I had forgotten it. Reading at its address if for sure not the most current way to access it, except for specific contexts.

Or am I not up-to-date ?

When Link to Windows (Android) and Phone Link (Windows) sync one way (PC to phone works, but phone to PC fails), it usually means Android’s background permissions or battery optimizations have quietly throttled the app's ability to "read" and push the clipboard data.
Before going deep, ensure you check the explicit setting in the Phone Link app on your PC:
Open Phone Link on your Windows laptop.
Click the Settings (gear icon) in the top right.
Select Features.
Look for Cross-device copy and paste and ensure the toggle is turned On.
