A little house keeping is due.

K, I previously rooted my bionic. Since then, I updated. Didn't take any precautions to save root. I wasn't concerned about it, and don't mind going back to stock. SU shows up in apps list with no option to uninstall. When I try to use several big red apps, out says I am rooted and bumps me out of the app. What do I need to do to correct this?
