Safestrap and lapdock

Hey guys I just got my lapdock from bens outlet and I love this little thing. But there is one big problem, It doesn't work with my safe system in safestrap. I was running eclipse 2.2 in my safe and stock rooted in my unsafe. I have switched back to my unsafe for the time being so I could play with the lapdock. Is there a way to get it to work? I tried installing a rom on the unsafe side but it won't let me. Do I have to use bootstrap instead? And if I do need bootstrap then how do I get rid of safestrap since it isn't in my list of installed apps even though it is still there.

There is a video tutorial on how to install/uninstall safestrap on youtube. It is on razr, but you use the same procedure for bionic.

So do we HAVE to remove safestrap in order to use the lapdock with an eclipsed bionic? I just flashed my bionic last night and woke up this morning to not be able to use my lapdock
