A black screen

When I turn my droid on I see a black screen with
Bootloader
2c.7c

Battery OK
Ok to program
Connect to USB
Data Cable.


This is after a drink spilled in my purse and is was in liquid for about an hour. It turn on completly once but now its giving me this when I turn it on. Is there away to get around this black screen?

First of all, welcome to the forum. I would pull the battery and let it sit for a day or so to completely dry out. Then put the battery back in and see how it boots up. If it still goes to the bootloader screen then you have a couple of options. You can try to root it or if you have insurance, put a claim in, pay the deductible (approx 90.00) and get a new phone. I am sure the water indicators are completely red so you will not be able to turn it into verizon for a refurbished phone.
