You know that would make sense my phone died in like three hours with screen off over 60% of the time the other day and before it died I managed to check it and said android system was using 70% of the battery and the few times I got online in that time.it was slow possibly from uploading to said server

It is both. If you don't want thew new RUU the radios have already been pulled out and are hboot flashable.
