Have had a RAZR MAXX for months and never have been able to use 4G. Map says it is available. Do I need to turn something on?

Go to settings>wireless&networks>mobile networks>network mode and make sure CDMA/LTE is checked. Might not hurt to reboot after that. If you are still not getting a 4G signal it is more than likely your location. The maps are only general. Not completely accurate.

Thank you. Checked and the setting you suggested is on. Still no 4G. Live in Louisville, KY and we should have it. Will talk to Verizon rep. Thank you again.
