4g toggle?

Dumb question. but how can I turn 4g on and off. Id like to turn it off when I'm not using my phone. or is it completely automatic?

Settings -> More... (under Wireless & Networks) -> Mobile Networks -> Network Mode -> CDMA

That will put it on 3g cdma only. LTE/CDMA is the setting for 4g. I don't know of any other way to toggle it but I'm sure there may be a widget for it.

Not dumb at all.

Settings> Wireless&Networks> More...>Mobile networks> Network Mode>CDMA

Your network mode is set to LTE/CDMA by default. You want to change that to CDMA.

cool thanks! I did a app search and all the 4g toggles seemed to be phone specific. none of which were for the nexus...any thoughts?
