4G Speeds at an all time low

I typically have gotten 10+ Mb/s speeds on my Rezound, but lately I have only been getting 1 Mb/s. I'm running stock 4.0.3 and I haven't done any fooling around that would cause my speeds to drop. What gives?

I believe average speeds have slowed down, I took the test because my Youtube has been very slow lately.
