4G internet not working at all!!!

Who ever lives in so cal oc area Irvine lake forest laguna hills/ Nigel mission viejo call Verizon and complaint their maps show excellent coverage but in fact their coverage is dog pup. I had to buy network extended to get 1 bar and 4g is non existent.
