4G and then reboots? Ann Arbor

Ok, so I was doomed with the reboot bug from the first OTA then donwloaded the new image from last week that has the new soon to be OTA and worked perfectly, no more reboots. Yesterday Ann Arbor officially turned the 4G on and when i switched over to LTE on my thunderbolt reboot city until I switched back to 3G. My question is alot of people having issues with 4G when its initially turned on or is this possibly due to the leaked image?

Problem fixed pulling the battery and rebooting fixed it. so far 6mb down and 2mb up using the speedtest app.
