4.5.605 Install error Need to do a manual update in recovery HELP

I am rooted, I have d/l'd the update and rebooted but I get a install error b/c when I reboot for some reason it goes right to recovery.(its done this ever since I rooted and installed new recovery)

Where can I find the 605 update on my phone so I can update manually through recovery?

You can't install an OTA update on a rooted device or you will soft brick. Its easiest to SBF and then update.
