I'm betting the s4 won't see it til the Note 3 releases. And if you're on Verizon you won't see it til at least 2mo after every other carrier gets it I bet

As I understand things, Samsung just got the code a couple of weeks ago. So they need time to work on their stuff. And then Verizon typically does extensive testing before releasing the upgrade.

So probably " not soon".

Most of this update is behind the scenes, but my buddy has a Nexus S4 and 4.3 has gone update that I love. You will be able to edit the permissions of every app! I don't see a need for a game to look at my contact list, or location... I will be able to restrict that! Can't wait for that piece. Line item veto!

Very accurate. I'm hoping the whole "Google Experience" trend continues. Android is at a point now where manufacturers do not need to add their own skins to make it better.
