Google has just released three more Marshmallow sample apps. You can grab them directly from the samples repository. "Android Direct Share" is a feature in Android Marshmallow that provides APIs to make sharing faster and easier between users. This allows you to share content, like contacts, inside other apps. The sample is a dummy messaging app.

"Android MidiSynth" is a sample app that demonstrates how to use MIDI API to receive and play MIDI messages from an attached input device. The third and final sample app is "Android MidiScope" which shows all the received MIDI signals to the screen log with out playing the sound for them.

These apps are mainly for development purposes only. As the release of Android Marshmallow approaches it is neat to see some of the features that will be available. If for nothing else this stuff is super interesting to look at.
