3.2 Gingerbread update questions

VZW DroidX running 2.2.1 rooted with Z4Root.

1) If I download and run the 3.2 update do I have to unroot first?
2) Will Z4Root work and be able to re-root after the update?

u need to unroot to get the update. as far as I know z4 wont work. but I could be wrong.
