Two questions about being on .215:

1. The belief has been, we had to downgrade to .211 before we could receive the GB OTA. Is that still the understanding?
2. I'm not being notified about the update. Is that simply because it hasn't rolled out to me? Or will I never see it because I'm on .215?

In order to manually or automatically update to JB, you MUST be on .211 or the "Christmas leak". It will not update from .215

Correct, since .215 is off the regular "upgrade path" it is not recognized by the update servers, therefore updates will not be pushed to you if you are on it.
