2 month old RAZR looking for developer home

I have a 2 month old OG RAZR (blue) that I want to give (Yes, give, as in no shipping, no nothing) to a developer, preferably someone like Matt who is always on top of this stuff. I got a MAXX LE (the red one) so I don't need my OG anymore but I really want to give back to the developers that work their butts off every day.

Thoughts? Nominations?

It's a CDMA/VZW phone, NO signs of wear and tear like I said, it's 2 months old.

I've been thinking about trying to get into themeing and ROMing on the D3, but I don't have a spare one. I've never done it before, but I could use the RAZR as a primary and develop on the D3. Or use my D3 as a test device to help the devs.
