2.2 Stock Messenging App won't send pictures

Since I loaded up the first 2.2 ROM I haven't been able to connect to my school's wifi or send pictures. The wifi I've given up on (and must be something with the network itself, as I can connect to other protected networks). The MMS I can't figure out. I've been across all the ROMs (CM6 RC2 now) and none of them will send pictures for me. Any ideas?

Can you connect to the wifi on 2.1?

I haven't tried connecting to the specific network on 2.1 since I upgraded to 2.2. I also downloaded Handcent to see if the stock app was the issue, but it isn't. I still can't send pictures.
