2.2 Froyo is out OTA

Restore your backup you made before you flashed your ROM. Once your back to it you should be able to receive the OTA to 2.2

tried it, it still has CWR flashed, so it wont update.

what do you mean reflashing? reflashing v4 or reflashing CWR?

Revert to stock recovery

You will have to flash the stock recovery back to your ally before it will install any ota that you receive. It is not for the faint at heart. Involves a lot of command line. Check out this thread to point you in the right direction. need help flashing to stock recovery - Android Forums
