1gb ram?

So maybe I'm looking in the wrong place, but when I look at the running applications location, it shows a total of only 700MB RAM available. I Bring this because I've been having some redrawing issues today. Is it possible that the other 300 is being saved for the lapdock? Or am I just being a noob here?

Maybe because 324 megabytes of it are being use for other apps and the android system? Idk.

I don't think ALL processes are actually listed under RUNNING
