Since the Droid Mini doesn't have a SD card slot, I've scratched it from my list of new phones. I'm down to the Galaxy S III and the Droid RAZR HD. I want to stay under $100 and don't seem to need more processor than my Inc2 has. What is the advantage of having 2GB RAM on the S III vs 1GB on the RAZR HD? Specifically, what will it mean to web browsing? I use Firefox on all my devices - PC, Inc2 and Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0. The problem on the Tab 2 and Inc2 is switching between tabs when multiple tabs are open. If I have 2 tabs open then I'm able to instantly switch between tabs. However, I often have 3 or 4 tabs open. If I switch from the current one to the one viewed earliest then it has to reload the page. I'm assuming this is because of insufficient RAM. Would having 2GB of RAM allow me to have more tabs open and be able to instantly switch between them? If so, that would likely seal the deal for the S III.
