-1 email notification

I just got an email notification reading -1. Yes, that's with the negative in front of it. It will not go away. When I get mail it changes to the correct count, but when I delete all the mail it still states -1. Any ideas? :-/

Are we talking GMail or a third party email host? If it's a third party host, what email client are you running to access it?

You may be able to resolve it by clearing the email client's cache and data. If that doesn't work, uninstalling and reinstalling the client should resolve.

Try to clear data in badge provider app, then reboot. It works for a stuck text message notification.
