Would someone know if they were blocked on your Handcent blacklist ?

If it was verizon to verizon, and they were on your blacklist, if they sent you a message. Would it show it as recieved ? How about any similar programs ?

They are still received, the app merely surpresses them.

Yeah I'm pretty sure if the sender checks their delivery report it'll say sent

what stealth said. you still get them, its just handcent suppresses them from appearing or playing any type of notification
