Wont Boot, Droid Eris

I took my battery out of my droid eris today to put another one in, and when I powered my phone back on theres a black screen with a exclamation point inside a triangle with a phone sitting beside it. It wont do anything else.... Can somebody help me with this?

Okay, I'm going to bed now. I'll read through the suggestions, hopefully there will be some; In the morning. If no one of them works for me, I'll probably take it to the Verizon Store
