Wireless Tether installed and on but not showing up as a network?

Ive got myself rooted, tether is on, and yet i dont see the network showing up?

Im having an issue with this as well I can't connect with tether and I have yet to find any solutions..

My wifi tethering has been all messed up since the 2.3.3 update, I use PdaNet for wired tether at the moments with no issues.
