Did u remove the ability to search nearby restaurants, gas stastions, hotels, ect??? That was a fantastic function before....searching is hardly as effecient now and u get results all over the place.

It isn't removed. You need to activate the feature in Labs.

Google maps on the original droid? I searched sushi today and it found a bunch all over my area. Menu/search/search(at bottom of screen) Dude your username makes me smile. Are you representing the 65 percent of our population or what? haha
