What are the things you noticed most going from 2.3 to 2.4?

LP has always been buggy for me. I actually like the adw launcher better once i get it dialed. Loving this ROM so far....

Mine is working w/out issue. I took the update too.
To be fair, I don't use the 3D, nor do I lock anything in memory, nor did I choose to use the new LP feature that 'starts over' or scrolls to the next screen when you scroll to your 'former' last screen.

The battery icon with a white percentage in increments of 1 is nice

where is this at? I didnt think it was possible with the D1
