So wtf I just got a text and my phone rang buzzed then went static for ten seconds
I turn the volume down and three seconds and it did it randomly too. And very quiet beeps like off the motherborad whyy???

Step away from the meth XD jk jk jk jk.... That's the coolest notification ever, but I can't really picture it?? Try a battery pull and if you're using any other messaging apps reinstall those. The notification may also be weird, are you using a stock one?
