Weather Widget Ice leaves

Has anyone else noticed the animation for the cold weather is leaves falling across the screen? I know fall can be cold but this animation is playing in January when it is -4 degrees out haha. Pic is below. I love all the animations that play on the home screen.

How do you enable animations, mine doesn't do it at all

I was just wondering if it was a glitch or a repeat of an animation since not everyplace will see that low of temp lol. And you activate it by holding and then dragging the main weather widget to the top left corner to edit, then you turn on full screen animation.
