Edit: Are you asking if the Handcent themes are for Handcent SMS? If so, yes, that's what they're for. Is there a voice text add on for Handcent that you're curious about? You can do text to speech by holding the search key until Voice Search becomes active and saying "Send text to (name here): Text message here" and the phone will compose and send it with handcent.
