It looks like Vizio, the brand famous for making affordable HDTVs, will be one of the first few manufacturers to bring out an Android tablet using NVIDIA's new Tegra 4 chip. They just announced this new 10-inch high-end tablet it at CES this morning. Here's a list of specs:
  • Ultra-light
  • Soft-touch back
  • 10.1-inch, 2560 x 1600 display
  • 32GB of storage
  • Bluetooth 4.0
  • Wi-Fi
  • Front and rear cameras
  • Will ship with Android 4.2 out of the box
Right now they haven't shared a timeframe for release, for have they shared any pricing details. We will keep you apprised when we find out more. What do you guys think? Would you consider buying a Vizio Android tablet?

I have a Vizio TV and it's been solid. No issues at all with it so why not? I'm really curious about the pricing.

Hopefully they follow their successful practices of building high quality, low priced electronics.
