Is it me or is the autocorrect of the Droid's virtual keyboard completely retarded? I was trying to type 'so' but I accidentally hit 'ao' and it assumes I want to say aol?! wtf is that? is there anyway that I can program it to put 'so' every time I accidentally hit 'ao'?

Almost sent a message that just was not right. Glad I checked it before sending. I am looking for a way to turn it off since I can over type it anyway.

I know what you mean, the auto correct can get annoying. My wife and I were out shopping one night. She was walking about 10 feet in front of me and I tried to be goofy and text her "shake your tushy" but the Droid changed it when I hit send and what she got was "shake your fishy"

To answer your question though, if you go to menu - settings - language and keyboard there is an auto correct setting under Android Keyobard
