Videos take to long to load

Not sure if this is in the right thread, but lately videos on the internet wont load fast like they use to. Sometimes they wont load at all. Its starting to get on my nerves cause before my phone was faster than my computer, but now theyre both just slow as ****.
anyone know what could cause this?
