vibrate only while unlocked?

I searched for this, but it returned irrelivent posts.

Is there an application that allows your ringer volume to act normally when phone is locked, but when unlocked it forces everything to vibrate? I like being able to hear when I get a txt while phone is in pocket, but my txt tone gets annoying when actively txting multiple people or back and forth rapidly with someone.
