    will my Droid RAZR ever be updated or am I stuck with version 4.1.2

    Are you referring to the original RAZR? If so, Motorola has stated on their upgrade website that there are no more OS updates for that phone.

    thanks sajokaz.. yes it is the original razr I never knew there was an upgrade page
    so I guess i need a new phone:angry:

    It's kind of like buying a new car. Ask 10 people what the best one is and you will probably get at least 5 different answers. I think it comes down to your personal preferences as to what you want most in the phone. Bigger screen or or one that fits easy in one hand? 2 Day battery life or just get me through a day & I will charge every night? The best camera on the market or just a good camera? Good luck & happy shopping.

    What's wrong with JellyBean 4.1.2 ?

    You know you can root and then flash KitKat, right ? Or a good CM, or any number of other custom ROMs (lots of good ones out there for the XT912).
